Red weeds, pink wall.

Behind Chinoise on Madison (yes, that is relevant, as is their sushi) is a very nice multi-coloured wall. What's so intriguing though, is that the red coloured dead weeds seem to be congregated on the red side of the wall, and the yellower dead weeds more prevalent on the yellower (ok, peach) side of the wall. Couldn't have been planted that way of course, they are weeds, right? Do dead weeds try to camouflage themselves? I may never know.

  1. have we ever actually had their sushi?

maybe the walls and the weeds were all once the same color, but the sun hit one side, and bleached half the weeds, and half the walls
