February 28th saw a trip downtown, including a stop at Daiso, where we picked up a few useful (or cute) things including a nigiri sushi mold. Had to put it to use the same day of course; pictured here with the resulting sushi -- topped with sweet potato, tempeh, or pear.
If you visit Daiso in the U.S., note that "An American store has the change in business hours and opening a store and time of closing the store depending on time." Depending on time, that might be the tricky part.
